Job Description

As a performance-based marketing channel, we help advertisers acquire new customers and increase sales to current customers while facilitating compensation to publishers for every action they drive. We reach billions of consumers by creating fair, transparent, and successful partnerships between advertisers and publishers. What you will do:
- Grow our China business by developing and executing an aggressive cross-border ecommerce brands acquisition sales strategy.
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across a variety of brand verticals.
- Partner with account and strategy teams to help clients solve problems and leverage research and data to inspire and grow
- Lead the development of proposals and pitches from the client/prospect perspective to ensure relevance, impact, value and compelling business cases
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by upselling, renewing, and expanding to grow accounts Identify and develop opportunities to expand our services and solutions among sister agencies and new regions globally
- Understand our competitors’ services and selling techniques and be able to effectively compete and sell against them
- Identify client decision makers and build strong relationships that provide opportunities for our services and solutions
- Stay up to date with Market, and develop relevant POVs that engage clients and enhance our competitiveness
- Work well in a self-directed environment, adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment and a willingness to be an active participant within a team
- Actively attending industry events and committing to specific goals from those events.
What you bring to the table:
- Track record of success pitching and developing new business with premiere brands preferably in martech or adtech.
- Experience in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of how to pitch and close large deals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to drive impactful partnerships.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- A graduate in any discipline.
- Chinese and English speaking is required
- 4+ years of experience in Media / social media / PR / marketing agency sales and business development
- Experience in affiliate marketing and/or dealing with cross-border brands are preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and strategic deal-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and drive results.
