Job Description

Key Responsibility 

  • Support Publisher Development & Account Teams – Collaborate with account management teams to track publisher performance and provide strategic insights.
  • Monitor & Optimize Publisher Performance – Analyze affiliate publisher pages, content quality, and campaign effectiveness to enhance engagement.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis – Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Campaign Review & Compliance – Ensure publisher compliance with brand guidelines and adherence to performance standards.
  • Performance Reporting – Track and report key publisher and campaign metrics, identifying trends, spikes, and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to drive publisher success and enhance campaign efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0.6 to 3 years of experience in digital media, affiliate marketing, or client services.
  • Basic understanding of Affiliate Marketing & Digital Advertising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with a high curiosity quotient and adaptability to evolving trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
