Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing and will be responsible for managing all aspects of client onboarding and launch. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across various departments and ensure excellent customer service while managing multiple accounts and tasks.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the understanding of client end goals and act as the principal contact for operational and tactical issues, representing the delivery of all products and services to the client.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the marketing technology platform and its various solutions to explain and educate clients (both Business & Tech) to optimize their program setup.
  • Proficiencies with marketing technology aspects including feeds, batches, links, reporting, and initial tracking checks.
  • Assume ownership and success of each new client onboarding, leading all aspects of the launch with the client and ensuring workflow expectations and timelines are met according to service level standards and account tiers.
  • Understand the client’s business at all levels (local, country, region) to evaluate delivery requirements.
  • Create, update, and nurture processes with stakeholders across organizations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer operational relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between multiple teams internally and externally to support client onboarding.
  • Provide recommendations and best practices to ensure advertiser accounts meet maximum
  • quality setup standards before launch.
  • Hold clients and internal partners accountable to tasks and timelines in accordance with launch plans.
  • Participate in Sales handoff/Launch Kick-off calls.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships, utilizing strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Apply business management, financial concepts, and contracts knowledge to analyze business needs and develop recommendations.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and persuasive communications for multiple audiences, demonstrating effective writing, presentation skills, and active listening.
  • Analyse issues or problems and develop/implement corrective action plans.
  • Meet and adhere to Service Level Agreement standards.
  • Work across and foster a team environment with Sales, Tech, Legal, Finance, and Client Development.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing technology, specifically with the "CJ" platform.
  • Strong understanding of various marketing technology solutions, such as feeds, batches, links, reporting, and initial tracking checks.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks without error in delivery.
  • Knowledge of business management, financial concepts, and contract analysis.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
