Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
- Develop client acquisition strategies based on data analytics.
 - Identify new business opportunities across diverse verticals
 - Lead the sales process from compelling proposals and business cases, presentation, negotiation and close the deals.
 
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
 
- Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling
 - Proactively communicate with clients, address ad hoc requests, troubleshoot issues, and support.
 - Collaborate with account and strategy teams to deliver client success to grow clients campaign and contribute team rev
 
Market Leadership
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
 - Develop thought leadership content and market perspectives
 - Represent CJ at industry events and networking forums

Required Qualifications & Capabilities
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
 - 3-7 years of experience in sales/business development within digital marketing platform, agency, or ad-tech
 - Proven track record of closing deals with premium brands
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
 - Excellence in project management and multitasking
 - Proficiency in MS Office suite
 
Language & Communication
- Native Chinese proficiency
 - Fluent in English communication
 - Outstanding presentation and negotiation abilities
