Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

  • Develop client acquisition strategies based on data analytics. 
  • Identify new business opportunities across diverse verticals
  • Lead the sales process from compelling proposals and business cases, presentation, negotiation and close the deals. 

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
  • Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling
  • Proactively communicate with clients, address ad hoc requests, troubleshoot issues, and support. 
  • Collaborate with account and strategy teams to deliver client success to grow clients campaign and contribute team rev 

Market Leadership

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Develop thought leadership content and market perspectives
  • Represent CJ at industry events and networking forums
  • Contribute to product localization initiatives

Required Qualifications & Capabilities

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales/business development within digital marketing platform, agency, or ad-tech
  • Proven track record of closing deals with premium brands
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellence in project management and multitasking
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite

Language & Communication

  • Native Chinese proficiency
  • Fluent in English communication 
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation abilities
