The Campaign Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of lead-generation campaigns from setup and execution to optimization, reporting, and revenue impact. The role requires a mix of hands-on operational rigor (managing large-scale campaigns, data, and publisher networks) and strategic skills (customer lifecycle management, data-driven insights, and stakeholder collaboration). The candidate will work closely with Sales, Publisher Development, and Finance teams to maximize lead quality, optimize acquisition costs, and drive business outcomes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

      . Campaign Setup & Execution

      • Independently create and launch lead-generation campaigns post-sales closure.
      • Gather and validate all required assets (creatives, landing pages, tracking links) by proactively following up with clients.
      • Manage a portfolio of live campaigns across multiple verticals and geographies (SEA & India).
      • Ensure 100% compliance with campaign setup protocols including pixel placements, LP (Landing Page) hosting guidelines, and validation metrics.

      2. Lifecycle Campaign Management

      • Plan, design, and execute customer lifecycle campaigns across SMS, Email, App, WhatsApp, Notifications, and other digital channels.
      • Define campaign strategies, segmentation logic, and messaging frameworks to improve engagement, verified leads, and conversions.
      • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, lead-to-sale conversion, churn reduction, and ARPU uplift.
      • Conduct deep-dive post-campaign analyses to identify learnings and drive continuous improvement.

      3. Client Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

      • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between clients, publishers, and internal teams (Sales, Publisher BD, Finance).
      • Ensure timely collection of lead reports, validation metrics, and feedback from clients’ CRM teams or point of contacts.
      • Align campaign execution with client expectations on lead quality, verification TATs, and payout structures (CPL/CPS/CPA).
      • Work closely with creative/content teams to ensure personalized and impactful communication across channels.

      4. Data Management & Analytics

      • Maintain real-time performance trackers (impressions, clicks, CPL, CPS, CPA, lead quality, KPI tables) across brands and publishers.
      • Share daily/weekly insights with the Publisher Development team to highlight performance gaps and scaling opportunities.
      • Build dashboards for lead journey tracking, segmentation, and behavioral patterns.
      • Champion data-driven decision-making in campaign optimization and lead quality enhancement.

      5. Validation, Invoicing & Finance Coordination

      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Validation & Invoicing (V&I) sheets for all campaigns.
      • Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely validation of client-side numbers, invoice generation, and payment reconciliation.
      • Work with clients to resolve discrepancies in validation and support internal teams with accurate reporting to avoid delays in publisher payouts.


    Candidate Profile

    Preferred Qualities

    • Strong understanding of lead generation business models, CPL/CPS/CPA frameworks, and campaign lifecycle in affiliate/digital ecosystems.
    • Hands-on expertise in campaign setup and large-scale data tracker management.
    • Knowledge of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), CRM systems, and multi-channel campaign execution.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    • Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, campaign management platforms (e.g., Trackier, Salesforce), and MarTech tools is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing heavy workloads with accuracy and speed.
