Job Description

 Role Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Digital Media Ad Sales team. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth, managing client expectations, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work across both strategic and operational levels to support revenue generation and client success. 

What you will do: 

  • Identify and create new business opportunities within the digital advertising space. 
  • Develop client proposals, prepare performance reports, and maintain up-to-date MIS documentation. 
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively communicate solutions internally and externally. 
  • Manage internal forecasts and pipelines to ensure visibility and planning accuracy. 
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to the business head. 
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign success and long-term partnerships. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 

What you bring to the table: 

  • A strong understanding of performance marketing and programmatic advertising models. 
  • Analytical acumen to assess campaign performance and business trends. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. 
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the drive to take initiative and ownership. 
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to changing business needs. 
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. 
  • A team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate and contribute to a high-performance culture. 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital media ad sales. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising concepts, including full-funnel campaigns. 
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with data. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and storytelling capabilities. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ambiguity effectively.
