Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Consult with various advertisers specializing in lead generation to understand their goals and challenges
• Help plan and execute end-to-end lead generation campaigns tailored to specific business objectives and target audiences.
• Generate revenue from lead generation through large global platforms.
• Leverage data analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing and use insights to refine targeting, creative assets, and bidding strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure best-in-class media practices.
Qualifications
4-10 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying with a focus on lead generation.
Proven expertise with ad tech platforms and media tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads
Manager, DV360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Solid understanding of media metrics and strong analytical skills to interpret and act on campaign data.Proficiency in media planning, campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-drive environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of the APAC digital advertising landscape is an added advantage.
