Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership and Publisher Onboarding
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard high-potential Korean publishers to the CJ network, ensuring alignment with monetization goals.
- Identify, engage, and close deals with premium publishers, managing the integration and activation processes to ensure seamless transition and maximized revenue generation.
- Contribute to product and onboarding guideline localization initiatives to ensure smooth publisher adoption and market-specific relevance.
Publisher Relationship Management and Growth
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at partner publishers to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Proactively communicate program offerings, address ad hoc requests, troubleshoot issues, and support the ongoing optimization of publisher relationships to meet team revenue objectives.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Deliver actionable performance insights and reports, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), benchmarking, competitive analysis, and payment reconciliation.
- Support the development of recruitment strategies, provide monthly recaps, and contribute to the broader mass communication efforts to both educate publishers on CJ initiatives and inform advertisers about publisher opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Capabilities
Experience and skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years of BD or client services experience in digital media, agency or adtech are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellence in project management and multitasking
- Proficient in MS office suite.
Language & Communication
- Native/Business level Korean proficiency
- Professional English communication skills (advantage)
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation abilities
