About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Mumbai region as part of the Tyroo-Outbrain partnership. This role is a pivotal position in driving business growth, building strategic relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a dynamic and competitive market. With a focus on developing new opportunities and strengthening existing client partnerships, the ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic acumen, and proven sales expertise to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities for the Tyroo-Outbrain partnership by identifying, qualifying, and converting high-potential leads in the region.
- Build, maintain, and expand a robust network of high-value clients and digital media agencies to establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Develop compelling proposals, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, address challenges, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Lead the charge in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals while ensuring timely revenue realization and effective management of account receivables.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret market and sales trends to refine and execute an impactful strategic sales plan.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on tactical execution to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Maintain rigorous standards in proposal development, sales reporting, and pipeline management to drive efficiency and transparency.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of proven experience in media sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in building and leveraging a solid network of advertisers and digital media agencies in the region.
- Experience with selling Ad Tech platforms, Demand-Side Platforms (DSP), or performance-driven solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel for creating impactful presentations and analyzing data.
- Mumbai-based professional, with a deep understanding of the local market and business landscape.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
