Job Description
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced business professional with a background in digital media ad sales. The ideal candidate will be capable of on-boarding new customers for Tyroo’s portfolio of platforms for commerce business solutions. The focus will be on driving revenue and leveraging platform opportunities in specific categories/regions while forming strategic demand-side relationships with enterprise brands and leading media agencies, buying/planning/strategy teams, agency trading teams, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
? Create new business opportunities for Tyroo x Criteo business in India
? Build, cultivate and leverage a strong, high value network of clients
? Develop proposals, make pitches and close opportunities
? Anticipate issues and proactively communicate both internally and externally
? Forecast and own quarterly/ annual revenue targets
? Monitor, analyze sales, market trends and develop an effective strategic sales plan
? Work at both the strategic and tactical level to ensure customer success
? Ensuring revenue realization through account receivable focus
? Partner with marketing teams to develop out and attract client involvement
Qualifications
? 3-5 years of experience in digital media ad sales.
? Bachelor’s Degree
? Understanding of Performance and Programmatic campaigns.
? Strong relationships with senior executives in advertising agencies and brands, with the ability to initiate conversations and open doors.
? Experience managing a large book of business.
? Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills
? Knowledge of full-funnel digital advertising
? Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
? Collaborative team player with strong storytelling capabilities.
? High initiative and persistence in overcoming obstacles and ambiguities.
? Willingness to work across multiple time zones.
? Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint at an advanced level.
