This role requires working with the publisher development team to support them in management and growth of publishers working with CJ Affiliate. The lead is required to provide support in onboarding of new publishers, enrolling publishers into advertiser's programs and managing publisher queries and conversations.

What you will do
- Deploy onboarding processes for inbound and newly acquired publishers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all publishers (non-managed)
- Understand publisher needs and objectives and solve their queries
- Manage inquiry queues: Network Quality, Order Inquiries, Finance
- Contribute to mass communication to both educate publishers on CJ initiatives or educate advertisers on publisher opportunities
- Review affiliate publisher pages and report discrepancies.
- Deliver on reporting requests from different stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3-5 years of exposure in digital media/client services role preferred
- Intermediate knowledge on MS office suite and Google suite
- Excel skills required
- Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing
