Client Development- Account Manager (Vietnam)

As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our Client Development team, managing relationships and supporting advertiser accounts. You will assist in building and executing affiliate marketing strategies, providing expert advice and consultation, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client success. This role will be based in HCMC,Vietnam.

What you will do 

• Responsible for delivering the needs of Account teams and working closely with our clients in delivering successful results.
• Liaise with teams to carry out various reporting and competitor tracking tasks.
• Perform content and campaign reviews based on specified criteria.
• Review affiliate publisher pages and report discrepancies.
• Adapt to the changing environment quickly and equip with skills required to meet the role.
• Able to plan and execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering high-quality results.
• Manage client relationships and develop a deep understanding of advertisers' corporate and marketing objectives to support affiliate marketing strategies.
• Grow client revenues and accurately forecast revenue growth, potential upside, and risk while mitigating risks.
• Independently develop frameworks to build strategy plans to meet client goals.
• Effectively sell opportunities, solutions, and additional investments.
• Meet planning deadlines and ensure proper follow-up with clients.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product, Analytics, and Technology to achieve client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English is a must
• 3-6 years of experience in digital media, client services, or digital performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing
• Capability to develop thoughtful strategies to grow advertiser programs. 
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and expertise in Excel formulas and functions.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A quick learner with a curiosity quotient and the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
• Team player with a focus on attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization

Note: Designation will be confirmed post screening. Potential designations include Client Service Analyst, Client Partnership Associate, Client Partnership Manager, or Client Development Manager.
