Job Overview:

As an Associate - Strategy/program management, you will be responsible for contributing to strategic business analysis, helping senior leadership with data-driven decision-making, and identifying new market opportunities. The role demands versatility in handling tasks such as business performance reviews, market entry strategies, competitor analysis, and client interactions. You will work closely with different stakeholders to support and enhance strategic growth and business development initiatives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Review: Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, operating models, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Research and stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Business and Financial Modelling: Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess potential risks, growth opportunities, and investment decisions.
  • Client Servicing and Business Development: Gather client and partner business requirements, design relevant analysis, and offer strategic insights to drive business growth.
  • Data Insights: Analyze large datasets, provide recommendations, and enable decision-making based on data-driven findings.
  • Product Management Support: Assist in developing strategies to improve product offerings and support market penetration.
  • Business Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Support due diligence and integration for potential partnerships and collaborations.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, highlighting milestones, challenges, and key learnings.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: MBA or Engineering degree from a top-tier college.
  • Experience: 0.6 - 3 years of experience in business strategy, market analysis, and project management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in data collection, organization, and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence software (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Understanding of digital marketing (preferred).
